Post subject:  32 drivers walk out

from last week 32 drivers have walked out and have left 203020{28 in the last 48 hours} :lol: .also there is not going to any more training schools {at least any time in the near future.

they have gone to other offices,there office has lost that many customers there is very little work apart from taxi card and nhs work,while certain management sun them selfs in sunny spain,drivers are struggling to make there fees,and it doesnt help when they take 10% off for cashing your normal credit and 25% for nhs work.

im currently driving some of the x 203020 customers about, they all have the same complaint THE DRIVERS DONT KNOW WHERE THEY ARE GOING,seems that putting a driver through a test and giving him a little help so he at least knows the steets on the test sheet then letting him drive customers (bread and butter) to destinations he hasn,t a clue about is not good long term buisness, il bet even alan sugar never knew that,i dont understand how 203020 (if they are still called that) can get away with charging for credit work,they already charge the highest office fees in dundee,i have talked to one of the recent x 203020 drivers and he has some disturbing storys to tell,maybe its time all you x 203020 drivers got together and went to the press,dealing with bullys should end when you leave school (i read that somewhere)

spoke to some ex 203020 customers too and one told me some asian guy didnt know his way from douglas to ninewells took him 45 minutes to get there :shock: . others say they have 2 wait ages on a taxi and then some driver turns up and is not helpful. also heard there skodas are been bought up by there drivers who have been there for only a few weeks. :shock:

the cars are been sold for 4 grand each{discount for cash}.if they are selling the cars to the drivers,would that not invalidate the plates.if they put you through there {so called}training school.and you want to leave within 12 months you have to buy yourself out of the {so called}contract,{between £1000 and £1200} :sad:

and they lost another 8 drivers on monday. :shock:

They lost another 2 drivers last night. and one of there drivers i know told me they only had 600 jobs in 24 hours and that there where 25cabs on the system the whole day. :lol: :lol:

there going as always to the dispatchers mates and there own white plates and the independent drivers are left to fend for there selfs,because the companies own white plates,they bring in the most money dayshift £165 night shift £255 and 24/7 £315 per week.

If this is the case how are they passing the test and i cannot understand the drivers that think they have to stay because of a so called contract the council have already said that any such contract would be illegal.These drivers seem to be having a raw deal, they should get together and go to the council to complain about the way they are being treated.The license of offices comes into effect 16 November so treating drivers badly might affect there license.
