http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b_U24TVU ... annel_page It's an old bloke called Jim Thomas who posts on here under various usernames such as Thomasthetaxi or LondonJim. I was heart broken to hear he had received a ticket, especially as it cost me a fiver to pay the warden.

Sadly . . sorry I mean thankfully . . JT was in the right. The Bus Stop (used by tour buses during the day) is now a timed extension of the existing rank by Tiger Tiger. Our council traffic wardens come from the same stock as our PH drivers, foreign, can't read or speak English, and haven't got a clue about the law or how it works. I'm sure Mr A will have the PCN quashed, but not before somehow proportioning blame on the LTDA in some manner.
