Be aware that the car park charges for Birmingham airport have increased. Parking for 1/2 hours in the short stay carpark number 1 used to be £1.00 this has been changed to a minimum of 1 hour and will cost £3.40. The signs that tell you the parking charges have all been removed so at the moment you will not find out the cost until you put your ticket in the machine. |

That layby was extremely well populated today, to the point of major overflow & partial obstruction of the 60mph carriageway. Don't be surprised if enforcement action is taken in the near future on that stretch of road. |

How long do you think it will be before they have someone on the barrier to the drop and go carpark stopping cars with only the driver in from entering on the basis that without a passenger you can't be dropping off? |
