Cabbie goes to court. (they mean PH driver goes to court) "A City taxi driver (PH) is facing prison after being accused of taking 700 fares while being banned from driving." "Samson Ezekiel, 65, was employed by Handsome Cabs (PH) in Clasketgate, Lincoln, and is accused of making 700 journeys where he collected fares between June 5, 2008, and December 5, 2008, in full knowledge that he was disqualified from driving." "Ezekiel, of Kingfisher Close, Lincoln, is also accused of driving without insurance during the six month period." At Lincoln Magistates' Court yesterday he pleaded guilty to just one offence of driving while disqualified and without insurance." (?) (two surely?) He was released on unconditional bail to attend a special hearing at the court to establish the facts on September 25. |

Whilst Samson Ezekiel was doing the job he shouldn't have been doing, It would appear that a lot of people weren't doing the job they should have been doing. |

It would appear that a lot of people weren't doing the job they should have been doing. I would hope the operator will be in court soon, and before the licensing committee soon after. And maybe the LO's should be looking for new jobs.
