So if I applied next week when I'm up in Edinburgh, I'd get a license?
How much? I may fancy a change of scenery! |

Funny that, no decision has been made by the committee. The council solicitor may have a view but that may not be the view of the committee |

i dont care one jot what they decide never have. i win hands down in a court and the council solicitor knows it and for that i give him his due for admitting it and presenting the facts as is. makes a refreshing change. council insider i dont think. the tail wags the dog when it comes to L.A'S dont you get that. |
