I think it is time to get out of this game, it is far to dangerous up here. We lost a driver at Stansted airport the other week and now one has had a heart attack and died in one of the taxi offices.

Indeed, ours is not the most healthiest of trades.

Too much junk food, not enough exercise. :sad:

And everyone seems to think drivers are the devil incarnate...not much of a feelgood factor to it is there? small wonder its so detrimental to your health.. :cry:

This is sad and my thoughts are with the drivers family.

Perhaps the LA's could give out leaflets with licenses explaining the importance of exercise with a job like this. They only need to contact the health department or a local gym for information. Unions and associations may be able to negotiate discounts with sports providers for their membership
