I think it is time to get out of this game, it is far to dangerous up here. We lost a driver at Stansted airport the other week and now one has had a heart attack and died in one of the taxi offices. R.I.P. |

R.I.P. Indeed, ours is not the most healthiest of trades. Too much junk food, not enough exercise.

Too much junk food, not enough exercise. And everyone seems to think drivers are the devil incarnate...not much of a feelgood factor to it is there? small wonder its so detrimental to your health..

This is sad and my thoughts are with the drivers family. Perhaps the LA's could give out leaflets with licenses explaining the importance of exercise with a job like this. They only need to contact the health department or a local gym for information. Unions and associations may be able to negotiate discounts with sports providers for their membership |
