Steve, you seem to be 'in the know' of most things Plymouth. As you know, we had our sheets today to tell the office what we are going to work over Christmas. Do you know how strict they are about sticking to the days and times you put down? I'm not sure what I want to work over Christmas and not for how long each day, but they want it handed in by next monday. Just wandering that if you didn't stick to your shift, if they would log you off your next shift?-sounds petty, I know, but I got logged off last saturday night as two bulbs had gone in my roof sign!!

Paul, I think you will find that such 'Frontpage' news as this is best dealt with by the 'Private Message' function. #-o

i've not got mine yet as i was away all day on monday. but if it is the same as last years they are fairly strict on the shift. if you tell them your going to work 8 hours on xmas day and then not bother logging on they will be pretty [edited by admin]. mainly cos xmas day is busy and they need to be sure of how many drivers are going to be working so they know roughly how many bookings they can cover, without letting anyone down. so if you tell them you are working xmas just make sure you can actually do it, you wouldn't want to get on john's bad side now would you?

if you dont fancy doing anything over xmas just tell them so with a reasonable reason.

i worked xmas day last year and i put on the sheet 12 - 9 pm. but logged on at 11am and i worked till 10pm & they were still trying to get me to stay on later.
