TBH I haven't got a problem with the fella, and the simile was there for someone else's benefit.

Is he fighting the likes of me, I don't think so. But anyway his biggest opponents are the LTDA, the LCDC and the T&G.

They done nothing of the sort.

The situation was resolved, as it always is, by the trade reps from the LTDA, LCDC and Unite getting around the table with BAA and talking, securing the future of London Licensed Taxis at Heathrow.

Whilst this was going on the Railway Union and their socialist following held a recruitment drive in the feeder park and then told everyone 'soap box' Bob had saved the day.

He must have telepathic powers.

The Rickshaw, Minicab and Tout brigade love a good story, but to the best of my knowledge they have achieved Jack Sheeite so far.

Well thats a tad unfair, they wrecked a perfectly good London Taxi forum with their socialist crap.

Oh, and they like a 12 man demonstration or nine which everyone else drives past and looks at, wondering what the hell it is this week. :D

The LCDC old guard live on, albeit under a new name.

Hello guys, had a few mins spare so I thought pop in to see if GBC is spouting his dribble.

And yes, here he is, still going strong like the Duracell Bunny.

Does anyone really think that the RMT have not done a thing, and Silent Bob has done everything?

Stop taking these people for idiots Greg!

I would have thought you'd learn from watching the LTDA do that, and lose over 50 members a week.

Don't believe me? Go and ask Minicab Mac.

And while you're there, ask Lulu what his stance on Pedicabs is?

I hear that unlike Bob, he doesn't want to give them our ranks as Pedicab Bays.

Cheerio!

Love it. :D

Make sure you read the next edition of Taxi., for more lots more revelations.

Yep, we know they haven't.

Well apart from promoting Minicabs and joining forces with a Minicab Union.

Nice one.

Judas comes to mind. :D

Not as priceless as your new found buddy mugging himself off as a woman.

Mugging himself off?

Not good grammar Daisy, but as you're under pressure I'll overlook it.

Furthermore, I can assure you I don't associate with any cross dressers.
But, talking about dress sense your new found mate from the Minicab Union, you know the guy . . the one you (The RMT) are working hand in hand with . . now he has got dress sense, and a very weird one at that.

Elvis comes to mind.

Tired? :D

So you still think two seperate unions calling for a public inquiry is worse than the LTDA taking 20% of Comcab profits, who put all the decent work into minicabs while leaving all the crap for real Taxi drivers?

Everytime Comcab shaft Taxi drivers, the LTDA make a profit.

The very same LTDA which was set up to represent Taxi drivers, but now stabs them all in the back for money!

And don't worry about revelations, we have got a few of our own mate.

You'd better go and check all the buckles are done up on Uncle Bobs straightjacket.

Revelations? Not another RMT Minicab promotional website? :D

Well all you need is a platform on which to promote them, and the 20 posters on the RMT forum won't go too far. Even a certain Twit on Twitter knows that.

You seem to have become one of those Hollywood film type characters, one of those guys who gets swallowed up by his Mac, and then becomes part of the PC, all covered in wires and brainwashed.

Its not real life Daisy, the reality is very few of the 26'000 drivers currently licensed care a jot about your demo's or what DAC or Com Cab or the LCDC are doing.

They care not a hoot about who's making a profit from where, or what meetings with Soap Box Bob you've been to.

You should learn to relax Dissy, you'll be tearing yourself up soon.

The LTDA have shares in Com Cab which, as you know, is now owned by Comfort Delgro.
Com Cab, like every other circuit in London supplies both Taxis and Minicabs.

Customers, believe it or not, sometimes ask for Minicabs, so they supply both, otherwise the whole lot could go to the opposition. (That’s the guys you’re working with at the mo.)

Now I have numerous shares in BP, BP supplies both Taxis and Minicabs with fuel, so am I supporting Minicabs now by having shares? :?

Because ten guys come onto a forum and claim the scabs are getting all the plum jobs through Com Cab. . Again I go back to real life.
There's a lot of bullshiters out there in taxi land, some even post fibs to further their personal crusades against former circuits and associations.

Com cab have a waiting list at the moment.

Com cab have around 3500 drivers on the circuit, why do they stay if it’s so bad?

Why do 2200 stay on DAC?

Why do 2000 stay on Radio taxis.

Simple, they are the majority, and the majority are happy with their lot, the majority don't spend every minute of the day working out how to undermine their circuit or association.

Normal everyday taxi drivers would be an appropriate term.

When’s the next demo?

Why do I always see the same 12 faces on them?

Why, as you now claim to be the second largest trade representative group in London, can you not muster more than a few dozen?

Why when the LTDA / LCDC / UNITE organise something, thousands turn up?

Be lucky.

What are you babbling on about?

Ok then, what about this post taken from the LTDF...

'Spoke to Comcab driver today & he told me a shocking story from
last week.He picked a fella up from W11 going to EC4 & the bloke
was very chatty. He said "what's going on at your firm (comcab)
cause every time i ring up for a taxi they keep offering a car".Our
driver is stunned & disbelives the punter but the guy is adamant.
The punter then offers to prove it by ringing up,so our driver says
tell them Term5 at 6.00pm & put the loudspeaker on for me.This
they do & the way the operator words it is after he gave the dest
she said "oh sir on that journey you are entitled to a free limo
upgrade for the same price as a taxi".I just wish he had taped it
somehow, imagine Malcom Paice getting out of that one!!
I would never put much past comcab but turning punters who
have asked for a cab into cars is the worst.'

Your comments please...

Is that the best you can do?

You are dead right there! I was a member for nearly 10 years.

Yeah, for strip outs!

Wow, the 'silent' one's defeatest attitude is really infectious.

Wednesday 12pm Woodfield Rd.

You coming?

Quote:
Why do I always see the same 12 faces on them?

Because they are dedicated RMT members.

Let's not forget here that it was you who couldn't even make it to your own demo!

"I was stuck in traffic" blah blah blah.

I'm so glad I don't have to rely on people like you!

Quote:

Really?

Have you conveniently forgotten the PCO demo?

Not that poxy one you lot were at (that would have been laughable had we not bailed you out), but the first one that had a massive impact around the world.

Sorry I forgot, you didn't manage to get to either of them.

That was a shame, because you could have helped Minicab Mac take the banner down and run off a bit quicker.

When's that then?

You lot only came out cos we shamed you into it.

You too.

You're losing confidence.

But don't let that stop the bullchit from the RMT forum about Com Cab, DAC, Bob Oddy, The PCO.

Enjoy the demo, I'll give you a wave on my way past.
