Oh dear it would appear that Skull's post summing up events at the recent Licensing sub-committee meeting when the IPL applicants had their status elevated above every other applicant was lost during recent maintenance.

Of course this was an accident, couldn't possibly be a deliberate Travis Gladstone action, could it? ;D

Anyway, ever helkpful that I am, here it is restored here. Just so that those applicants who will be attending on 4th February for their programmed licence refusal can be fully informed.

Now, say thank you to me Travis for providing you with this service.

BTW. I will put also this thread on TDO, just so that it is kept safe and available.

Fact - The council has placed a precondition on a license application, those not on the IPL, need not applied.

Fact - The IPL has no provision in Law.

Fact - The IPL is an informal list (Lady Cosgrove).

Fact - The council elevated the status of those on the IPL, above that of the other applicants, lowering their status.

Fact - The council engineered the refusal of every license application out with the IPL.

Fact - The council denied all remaining applicants a fair hearing and equality under the Law.

Fact - The council is operating a discriminatory policy by granting to those on the IPL, before any other bona fide applicant.

The courts will grant every license as a consequence of their actions. They made it up as they went along.

Now that's what really happened on Monday's meeting of the RC.
