i see its been brandished about that comcab may buy out city

its been quoted when you take into account the property, database, etc that it should be £22,500 per member.

property is worth at most £300k divided by 300 members = £1k each

as for the work, goodwill etc i doubt id put much more than £600k divided by 300 members = £2k

data system doesn't even come into it as its probably leased, even if it isnt its worthless to comcabs or anyone else for that matter.

so where does honest get his figures from for a company that at a glance is worth 1 million roughly.
even by its best share price of £5k thats only £1.5 million
buy his figures the companies worth 67.5 million.

It would make more sense for Com Cab to fund the appeals and they could get as many plates as they liked for less than 100th of that.

Maybe they are. :-$

iam sure extra taxis on at com cabs would work well for the guys there sussex ...NOT
i cant see why com cab would want to fund any appeals as there is no guarantee that the cabs would join them all that this would do is screw the guys there with less work and if they join another company it could screw there current work load no one is going to join a company thats got more taxis than work look whats happend with PH more cars than work

load of bull this issue i cant see city selling out to com cab if they dont want to join with CRT

just have to wait and see what happens

I can think of 67.5 million reasons.

For that they could buy hundreds of TXs/Merc/etc and rent them out at a reasonable price to all those journeymen paying over the top at present.

Bit of a no-brainer in my view.

Why would any sane businessman pay £67,500,000 for something that could get for a fraction of that price?

All they need do is employ Mr Jasbar, Mr Skull and Mr Ali T as consultants and the world's their oyster.
