mr bickle, Why did you delete a hand full of my posts from your site? is that legal? trust me you sad indivdual,as far as im concerned when i gave you my email adress I was entering into a contract ,agreement and nowhere in that contract agreement does it permit any persons to have there right of sensorship over my posts. what you trying to hide? your just a sad wee puppet and the persons who are kontroling you will also turn on you and your kind,but all for the common purpose ! |

I'm afraid Travis can do whatever he wants. It's his forum, or so Gladstone told me. Apparently if anyone doesn't like it they can set up a forum of their own. But what is the point of the forum if it kicks out all opposition? If you won't listen to opposing views where does that leave you? Haven't you already lost the argument? Look back over this site, then consider where the real arguments are made, and responed to. Says it all really. The phannie forum is for phannies and a bit of sport ridiculing them. 6. Everythng in the garden is rosy. The lawyer lodging the writ thinks we're really taking on the council. He enjoyed the assertion of them perpoetrating fraud. Said something about it being actionable. Also that resolution of these appeals may lead to an action going back to the 3maxblack refusals and compenation for loss of business opportunity and loss of earnings. Yup, everything in the garden is very rosy. All we had to do was wait, we have and the council has delivered.
