What beggars belief is that there's a rank on cornhill, the same side as the royal exchange facing bishopsgate :?: :?: :?: :?:

Why don't the trade apply for a night time rank there? :?

If a load of hacks descended on the place there would be nowhere for the PH to rank.
Has anyone checked out the identity of the PCO officer, his id could be fake

We are through the united trade group.

The Corporation of London who has the responsibility for streets within the square mile and implementing any taxi ranks, takes forever and a day and some more.

As pointed out further up the thread, the first one they put in is facing in the wrong direction over 200 yards from the venue.
