That will be Ashfield Comp then. Maybe VOSA will be there as well.

On a slightly different note..but still a chauffeur service, I keep getting occasional franchise opportunities from a Company called Pinnacle (wedriveyou.co.uk)...how does that work and is it legal?...they dont seem to operate either as PH nor as Taxis? Is there a third path for driving luxury but average size vehicles for hire or reward without any visible kind of a licence? :?:

There shouldn't be in England since the repeal of the section 75 exemption although my council have given me an exemption from displaying the plate on the rear of my executive car. You can in Scotland though in certain circumstances.

I have just finished the interview with the tele people and it would seem that the emphasis was more on the wedding cars that are doing proms without license than stretched limousines without licenses.

Unfortunately 90% of the vehicles checked were found to have licence or vehicle problems.

Surprised it was only 90%. :?

Remember the emphasis was on wedding cars as well as limos.
The questions put to me in the interview were all about wedding cars and not stretched limousines.
