The council announces that the tram project is in trouble. It may not be complete for another 4 years, if at all.

So, what did Woodburn and his sidekick COOLKY know about this?

Did they have the inside track? Did their mole on the council point them in the right direction?

Will Colin Keir explain why he allowed the PH company its own tariff?

Will COOLKY finally get one over his former compradres?

Will Frank Lay ever admit to being mentally delinquent?
