By the sounds of that he wasn't watching the road ahead. The Council said the bollard was in the raised position. I bet he's got a nice bill to pay. |

If you approach the bollard and concentrate on the lights, it goes green when it is safe and you go through no problem, however if you tailgate another vehicle and try to get across before the bollard has time to go up and down again you end up like this guy. |

There is too much damage to his front bumber for it only to be rising while he's been driving over it. He's hit that full on when it's been up or just about. |

Id agree......That is sizeable impact damage...unless those Bollards shoot up like a newly launched trident missile......

I believe they do rise quite quickly if you have looked at the videos from manchester of vehicles trying to follow buses through I think he tried to follow another vehicle through instead of waiting or thought that the bollard wouldn't rise again as he approached |
