Seems odd to be carrying about a concealed Video camera...is that a normal actvity for either the Abled or the Disabled?

They are now freely available on mobile phones, hence 'Happy Slapping'!

But then things do take time to get up north.

Phone videos are increasimgly used to film people doing naughties in all walks of life.

Aye...but this guy was using it for filming even before the problem became a bigger isssue..
