Only saving grace is hopefully DCC receive objections and the Traffic Commissioner will decide £26.00 is a lot of money if you don't have it and I appreciate that, but, I would hardly say it was financial suicide and I shall repeat what I said earlier that drivers don't have to charge the increase, they could use this in advertisements and maybe benefit by getting a little more work than the others who do charge the increase. It's only a suggestion so if you please I kinda like my head on my shoulders

What I don't understand now is if the taxi trade is so easy to enter there why do you have PH at all New hack needs to be WAV. Don't think there's a knowledge test for PH either. If I'm wrong, someone will tell me
