On Tuesday night a Kelso taxi company was put strait off the road for not allegedly having insurance on the vehicles, allegedly this is the second time this has happened with this company, they where allowed to continue last time on production of certificates, but this time its goodbye |

I take it the booking office licence would have been revoked. They must be in breach of the conditions. |

They work from home and we dont have booking office licences here In fact the Office licence for 3 or more cabs has still not been introduced here as yet I think some of the big company's in the Borders will be in for a shock when the council eventually get there fingers out, allegedly if the have an office licence they cannot divert there phones to a mobile on quiet nights if they have only 1 cab on as all bookings must be taken in the office |
