Man hurt in hit-and-run with taxi
(UKPA) – 2 hours ago

A man was knocked over by a taxi in a hit-and-run, police have said.

He was found lying on a footpath in Edinburgh with a head injury in the early hours of Saturday morning.

Police said eyewitnesses had seen a black hackney-style cab hit the man as he walked along the footpath, and drive away.
