“However, I must warn people that we have no power to inspect taxis that are not licensed by us. These vehicles are not licensed to pick up passengers in Newcastle and passengers may be taking a risk by getting in one.” VOSA could stop the out of town vehicles couldnt they? CC |

VOSA could stop the out of town vehicles couldnt they? Of course, as could the police. But methinks he was having a dig. |
