... but it may harm your defence if you don't mention now when questioned anything you later rely on in court. Anything you do say may be given in evidence.

last time it was rather a nice blonde WPC and i was a bit tipsy......

on reflection trying to open her blouse, feeling for her suspenders and asking where she kept her truncheon MAY have been a mistake, hell how was i to know she wasnt a stipper-gram.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SAY ANYTHING BUT IT MAY HARM YOUR DEFENCE IF YOU DO NOT MENTION NOW SOMETHING WHICH YOU LATER RELY ON IN COURT, ANYTHING YOU DO SAY MAY BE GIVEN IN EVIDENCE
