To complain about the sub standard Taxi testing that's happening round here? Cars are passing their tests that have faulty doors which don't open, dents in bodywork, springs broken, black smoke coming out of the exhaust, ripped interiors I can go on. The Mechanic at the Council is an inept buffoon who's only interested in talking to you, if he finds something wrong he'll say get it done he won't fail anything. |

If it's an MOT station VOSA. If the council hierarchy aren't interested then the Ombudsman. But maybe the local press first. |
