To complain about the sub standard Taxi testing that's happening round here? Cars are passing their tests that have faulty doors which don't open, dents in bodywork, springs broken, black smoke coming out of the exhaust, ripped interiors I can go on.

The Mechanic at the Council is an inept buffoon who's only interested in talking to you, if he finds something wrong he'll say get it done he won't fail anything.

If it's an MOT station VOSA.

If the council hierarchy aren't interested then the Ombudsman.

But maybe the local press first.

I'll start with VOSA then see where we go from there. You've got to see the cars he's passing to believe it it's truly shocking.

Wish the ones I have to deal with were like that. Why on earth would you complain???????????
