Don't ask taxi drivers.

Don't ask members of the public.

And don't ask victims of abuse through not being able to hail a cab.

Just ask the vested interests.

That's why government is now irrelevant. It simply plays games and ignores people.

Interesting they are inviting responses from English organizations.

I suppose at least the civil servants are being consistent, as they asked the London PH spivs about the workings of the non London 1976 Act.
