Our lot at Ashfield have decided to open the doors to any vehicle as long as it's 2 years old and under. Basically this means that they are once again issuing HC plates to anything instead of brand new WAV's. This is from a Council who are suspending drivers for over ranking because there's a lack of rank space. I think this is the end of the cab trade in S-in-A |

They opened the doors back in 2000 to anything, when the place got choked up they placed restrictions allowing WAV only, these had to be brand new on presentation. |
