Their licences are extremely cheap !!!!!!

I think the recent Reading case is a pointer the future where an external audit team calculated that the council needed to raise an extra £1m to cover their costs it seems that issueing licenses is a very expensive business and councils are increasingly under financial pressure so this is the tip of the iceberg we can all expect to be paying around £250 to £300 a year for our vehicle licenses soon
