Congratulations, Cllr Colin Keir, CEC's former licensing convener has been elected to the Scottish parliament on an SNP bandwagon. Oh joy! Now we can take the campaign against this scumbag into the Parliament and to the heart of the Scottish Nasty Party. Quality!!! Kinda reminds me of Jeff Goldblum in "Independence Day" where a virus was sent into the heart of the Alens system. 
Should make for an interesting referendum on independence. eh
