Fascinating reading. The finance company loan the vehicle and didn't realise that the vehicle needed to be licensed. They reap what they sow.

"The DTC said that the company had wilfully disregarded circumstances which should have alerted them to the fact that the vehicle was being used unlawfully." What a disgraceful statement in view of the many years that the authorities have taken to get to grips with the whole limo sector. Typical official holier-than-thou self-righteous sanctimonious hypocrisy, if you get my drift
