| Post subject: | New Saloon Licence Issued |
Aberdeen city council has issued a new saloon licence going against their own WAV policy. A source tells that the new holder is disabled. What case was thrown out by another authority for the same thing a little while back? |

There are no details in the agenda about it, other than the guy's name. Next meeting is in September and minutes of the 1st June meeting won't be available until a week before the next meeting |

Aberdeen city council must interpretate the Equality bill different from Dundee city council .I am sure Mr Mathews lawyer will be interested in ACC decision. |

What is the issue with having a WAV?
In many areas, including Dundee (I think), you can buy a new WAV cheaper than a new Mondeo. |
