The fat lady hasn't sung.

My information is that the Council have still underestimated the campaign.

We can now renew with a vengeance.

The only solution is to de-restrict.

And that's where we go now.

And I intend it to be as bloody as it possibly can be.

Another rape would just about do it I think.

The council should be very nervous, because if another female is harmed, this time I'll be all over it like a rash.

And with two known previous rapes, they have no excuse.

Watch this space.

Three things make me wonder.

First why was all of this latest wheeze done on the B agenda? What gives the council the right to conduct what should be public business in secret. What dowes that tell us about government? What are they hiding.

The FOI request goes in now. And this time I will be following it all the way to Parliament if I have to. Because this is not what government should be doing. This council has to be reined in.

Second, what does Donald macleod think he's doing? We all know the reports he authored in Aberdeen. What makes Edinburgh any different?

Third, a number of sources tell me that the council thinks it's put all of this mess to bed. Well it apparently hasn't agreed to licences for all the sisted cases, and to my knowledge it hasn't agreed to licences for my two previously sisted cases, which are still live in law and being ignored by this council.

The council could have taken this opportunity to clear the boards. They've failed to do so.

Gloves off. The war resumes.

Where does it say Licences will be granted

And how do we allocate any future licences?

This was the problem not the figure of 30 licences

In future i think a ballot of applicants will be held so there is no gaurantee any of the 27 will gain licences.

It's all gone to consultation which takes time

A deemed grant is a deemed grant, when it's deemed right to allocate more licences then the council will allocate, but it's up to our trade reps to force the council to firstly hold another Survey of demand to prove demand for further allocations of licences :D

Dougie I'm sure I'm not alone in thinking your just a dunce.
there is little point in telling you the truth or showing you the proof
i don't believe you can read things to a sufficient degree and with enough of an open mind,to come to a even half correct conclusion.

your a complete loon with little grasp on reality.

a deemed grant Dougie is a term used within the 1982 act.
when you apply, the council have a maximum of 6 months to come to a decision on your application.
should they fail to do so,then to protect the applicant the act says that the license is deemed granted in the eyes of the law and should be delivered by the council, its not complicated you seem to get things very mixed up as to what the process is dougie the courts have the final say its done and dusted licenses granted.

btw these aren't deemed grants so why you keep bringing up deemed grants is beyond me

I have never witnessed anyone with such a bias to a situation. That's got to be a defence mechanism of some sort. Dougie's, basic grip on reality is so wide of the mark. It's staggering.

When Dougie, first started writing on these forums, I couldn't believe he was for real.

Has he ever made a valid point?

Dougie, is without a doubt delusional, bordering on the clinically insane.

How can a job for tax dodgers, bad debtors and guys supplementing their wife's incomes be seen as a successful career move?

I simply can't believe anyone would do the job through choice and then congratulate themselves for doing so.

What a nut job.

Dougie,

The Council have withdrawn their appeal and Kenny Donald gets his Licence plus expenses

There are a further 19 licences being issued that were sisted on the Kenny Donald case plus expenses

There is no Consultation Period, DECISION MADE

Unmet Demand has abslutely nothing to do with this situation

Objections were made and have been dealt with by the Court

Now, the above is FACT, you have been told therefore please do not come back on here with your thoughts on what should have happened.

BTW, IPL no more, digest that as well
