They don't want drivers south of the border, waking up to the fact, having unfettered access to the tools of your trade is a working man's right.

If you could get enough guys together to challenge any council under the correct legislation, the restrictions placed on plates would be finished. It wouldn't matter what council you were up against or where.

I know this isn't aimed at me, but I think some parts of Scots law would be good down here, like operator licenses for taxis (more than one I know). Not generally popular, but I'm a fan.

I also like the bit about taxi licenses not being transferred, just wish your lot would adhere to it.
