The incident happened on Neasham Road, Darlington, County Durham, near the town's football ground just before 8.45am. Up to 12 people including the driver were taken to Darlington Memorial Hospital but none were thought to be seriously injured." |

How many times does this happen surely one of the first things you are taught when driving a double decker is HOW HIGH YOUR VEHICLE IS !!!!! Since it was a school bus it should have had a prescribed route anyway so what was the driver doing on that road ? |

Maybe he usually has a single decker and for some reason someone allocated him a double decker on this particular day. Who knows? |

He still should have known the vehicle was too high at least 2 of the kids on that bus had serious injuries ! |
