No radio dues will be charged. 3. There will be no call out fee applied. 4. No commission fee will be charged for administration. 5. The normal discount given to the Council will not be deducted. 6. Drivers will get the full, undiscounted price for the job. 7. Any enhanced disclosure required will be funded by the contracted supplier. 8. All contract amounts payable will be paid directly into driver's bank accounts. Streetcars have long been excluded from public contracts, they being the exclusive preserve of the three taxi companies. There is now no reason why they should be.
