The thing that surprises me is that this is supposed to be a social work contract?

So, how is it that councillors are swanning all over the place enjoying the discount fares for social work?

Shouldn't their contract be wholly separate from the social work contract?

Or is it that their contract is deliberately kept with contract terms that require WAV facilities to prevent non WAV businesses from tendering? Isn't that an unfair contract condition by the council? And, is this even legal?

Remember, this isn't a general council contract. It is supposed to be specifically social work.

I suggest that the council are once again at it here. It strikes me that this is another example of the intrinsic corruption in all matters taxis and council.

they haven't accepted the courts decision and haven't abandoned the appeal.
they haven't contacted the sisted applicants and ask them to recall the sists,and thereafter grant the licenses.

That is where you like others fail to understand and don't grasp the concept of being able to point out things without being labelled as a tar brusher, regardless of what I might think of others I always give every man a chance to show me his worth regardless of who he might be, I also have the advantage of being in an environment that consists of about every creed known to man and many of them would stand up and say how I help them, see I look into what is what in that world and some Muslim ways are very good, some are not so good, but I'm on a level with them that we can discuss things and get common ground together rather than stand there ignoring each other, personally I like Buddhism and Sikh beliefs, neither will cave your brain in with their beliefs, unlike an extreme Muslim or a Christian, good enough for George Harrison, good enough for me, but in all religion's, one man is going to be my best friend and another my worst enemy, but that doesn't mean I have to dislike all because of the few does it.
