CEC suffers yet another reversal in its dealings with the appellants. Another motion in the appellants favour requires the council to pay expenses. More costs for licence payers as the council plays fast and loose with public cash to defend the indefensible. So the licences will now be granted and are on their way. We need a public inquiry into what is happening in CEC licensing. |
