Go to JAIL.

Do not pass GO.

Do not collect £200.

And while there, let some thoughts tinkle across what passes as a brain about how you've just sacrificed your livelihood because of a rush of blood to the head about some perceived and illogical situation fuelled by filling station mumbo jumbo.

BTW Lest there is any doubt.

Private Hire exists because of the taxi trade.

Greed, vested interest and arrogance opened the door to competition. It doesn't get any more simple than that.

And that greed, vested interest and arrogance is the status quo that denies drivers the right to operate their own taxi.
