Taxi driver ‘indulged in sex act with drunken passenger’ A TAXI driver has had his licence revoked after “indulging in an improper sexual act” with a female passenger. Luton Borough Council’s taxi and private hire licensing panel heard that the driver, whose name has not been made public, had admitted a serious breach of his licence conditions after the incident, which took place last November. The woman was under the influence of alcohol at the time. The panel decided to revoke the driver’s licence under Section 61 of the Local Government Act with immediate effect, on the grounds of public safety. |

not too much info there I assume that a complaint was made by the passenger to the council not the police ? |
