Ph, are running amok, increasing their grip on Edinburgh and the surrounding areas, while the taxi trade loses its numerical presence in the market. Its ability to compete and its customer base. What don't you get, there is no upside? Your trade is fu*ked, and it's only going to get worse? If you go on to fasties, and check into their archives, you will see that all this was predicted as far back as 2008, look for a thread I started called, The Perfect Storm. The fact is, if anyone is looking forward to buying a job working in a low-paid industry, they should wait until plate “values” hit rock bottom, and I'm betting that's in about a year's time.
