So, how much can a cabbie expect to earn for a 40 hour week? And if he does 60 hours?

Same for PH?

Depends shifts night or day, depends how many days worked and what days.

Lets just say a n/s driver on a rental at the moment wed-sun will be lucky to clear £300 after deductions for a 60 hour week.

But you will still get the I do 2 ceni every weekday night crew say otherwise.

Everywhere around the country quiet as hell atm
i work northampton hackney carriage and i do 8hours weekdays and 10 on a friday and 10 saturday, days during week and nights weekends, and my average weekly takings after fuel, radio rent, insurance and other in 52hours a week is about £250
My insurance is 1200 so that's weekly 25 so i work every expenditure out like that and then work out my profits.
Were ever you go its all the same.

There are plenty of people who would disagree with those statements. From your other posts you have only been to Northampton and Milton Keynes.

So i guessing where you are its busy?
I know of oxford city being busy day 10hours shift can clear 150+ as of what ive been hearing but the damn plates there going for £100,000+ if i was sure that you was making that kinda money in oxford and i was completely satisfied i would pay that much as its better than me waiting around the ranks in northampton making peanuts.
