unlikely deffo a royal cars or 001 stalker, more than likely its someone from royal - after all this company has way too many cars than work, never the less if this incident happened as described than it'll be easy as the victom would have taken the registration number of the mercedes surely??

Well if it happened 'as described' then clearly he wasn't able to take the registration?

Yes, and the Oxford HCs are clearly running a charity.

Only the PH barons are doing what they do to maximise their profits.

Here's a good idea - why not give them all HC plates and put the PH barons in their place? =D>

how much is your plate value again??? which area do you work in?? i remember you were very evasive when asked before

let me see if say fifty percent of the oxford ph fleet became hc, that would mean over four hundred hc's, now even a genius like you would know what will happen next.

by the way its not profit maximisation, its explotation

Your point being?

I've never objected to any driver having a plate. I didn't ask for my area to be capped, indeed I registered my objections. [-(

You mean I post anonymously? Yes, that much is obvious.

Yes, a level playing field and no £100k plates

plenty of competition in oxford mate, plenty....

good job your council never listened to you, otherwise you would be sat around earning f all mate, just like the other deristrected areas.

come on at least tell in what area you work, that is if you really are a taxi driver...

Yes, with plates worth £100k+ - the highest in the UK - it's clearly a highly competive market.

I am sitting around doing f all 'mate', as I've said a zillion times anyone can still have a badge so what difference does it make to me if they're in their own car or a 'baron's'

OK, here's a riddle for you.

In alphabetical order Birmingham, Brighton, Carlisle, Liverpool, London, Sheffield.

Of those, the last one I was in is Brighton. I'm nearer to Liverpool than Birmingham, but haven't been to either while a taxi driver since the 1990s. I've never been to Carlisle. I lived in London for three years, and Sheffield for three years, both before becoming a taxi driver.

And that's all I'm saying :-#

By the way, didn't you sell out and leave the trade?

And didn't I ask you that before?
