I'm not saying CCTV is a panacea to all our woes, but does anyone think this would have happened if that car had had CCTV? :?

Even if it had, he wouldn't be doing again for a while, once the footage had been retrieved. Well not unless you have one of those not fit for purpose all in ones that the attacker takes with, or the driver forgets to switch on.

Didn't the seller of one of those systems get attacked, and mysteriously there was no footage?
