He removes the warning in the best practice guide that limiting taxi numbers can compromise public safety.

tell us all that two dfemales weren't assaulted because they couldn't get a cab.

Tell us all that Judge Lady Smith didn't say in her judgement that all the victim needed was a taxi and what she got was the scumbag who sexually assaulted her?

And, tell us all why this paragraph was deleted from the 2012 BPG? Or am I wrong here? Perhaps I just didn't read it right?

And if it was omitted, tell us why so?

Restriction compromises public safety more than it should. It doesn't get any more complicated than that?

She got into an unlicensed car instead. She was sexually assaulted. Get it?

Now you explain to us why the warning to local authorities was removed by the fascist MacAskill?

Then explain, as another example of political skulduggery, why MacAskill - and Salmond iks keen that the decision was entorely his, allowed a prisoner with 3 months to live compassionate l;eave, and the guy has lived for three years?

This was done on the condition his appeal was dropped. What is MacAskill hiding?

So are you presuming, Females being attacked because they couldn't get a taxi is unique to restricted LA's :roll:

Im sure you couldn't prove that and in some cases like London the stats would be higher than our restricted Market :wink:

Again, if a bogus or real phc/cabbie wants to attack, they will and there is nothing a restricted or un restricted taxi service can do about it, unfortunate but TRUE :roll:
