This is what most London Vito owners are experiencing with brand new tyres lasting 4 weeks

Vito's have always been heavy on tyre wear even without suspension mods one of the reasons I no longer drive one

If the was the case I am sure mr GBC would have had something to say about it.

For starters those tyres are both down to 1.6mm anyway, and I bet the driver technique is 80% to blame anyway, roaring off in a uTurn does no tyre any favours, think about it, all the weight transfers to the rear and depending on which direction he's going depends on which quarter of the car is now lower than the other three quarters of it,

And if you had them go like that, for one they shouldn't be otr, and two ever heard of a geometry check, still think it's violent pull off u turning causing it myself.

Brand makes a difference as well, if those are eco euro rubber from an eastern bloc factory then that coulkd be the cause with weaker walls leading to flexing.

I doubt very much this was caused by the rear wheel steering alone, probally some other fault aswell .With the london vito you have to be stationary, then press button to engage rear wheel steering and turn slowly. Not like throwing a lti vehicle round ! think youll find that many london vito drivers dont even bother to use it and do three point turns.

My tyres last as long on the vito as they did on the TX.

Let me guess, during 1983 you drove the then prototype vito on some secret test track Skippy?
