Because they are too lazy to knock on the door.

In my experience they are civilised enough to get out and knock. recently a neighbour was getting picked up by a PH firm at 0500. same driver, same honk-honk. on the third day I crept up on him as he waited, and blasted an air horn through his window. He Sh*t himself, but he got the message.
I don't sound my horn, because I have read the highway code. |

If you had crept up on me and blown a airhorn at me through my window I know were i would have stuck it. We wont even get onto the topic of how sad of you it is to get up at five in the morning just to blow your horn off. |

They do it because no body complains to the council about it. If people noted the plate numbers and the time, and then complained, then something might be done about it. |

Give them as much info as possible, but the least you should give is the firms name/number and the time/place of beep.
