Who knows, but the bandwidth is, I'm reliably informed, ready and waiting.

So bring it on big boy.

That is the nature of an open forum.

If overnight TDO became a members only (viewing) forum it would double the amount of members within weeks.

I doubt that it would dwindle if people couldn't see what it was all about a large number of the "lurkers" will be people looking for something taxi related and this will be what the googlebots etc. will have trawled from the internet the rest will be people looking to see if some story they are interested in features and probably quite a few members who are not logged in having a read and probably won't bother logging in unless they have a particular bee in their bonnet they want to discuss

I can't ever see a time that TDO becomes a closed site, sort of goes against the grain of sharing info and our woes.

Especially as the admin promised JD that all his legal stuff would stay open and free to access.

And I would imagine the admin don't like the idea of his ghost haunting them.
