It's good to see this London Cabbie overcame his stroke and got back to driving again, I wonder if he has a wheelchair exemption certificate?

You know, I don't think TFL issue such a thing as an exemption certificate.

Edinburgh certainly do, i have seen them posted on the partition window explaining to the passenger that the driver, through injury or disability is unable to help with luggage, wheelchair etc.

I wonder what TFL's response would be?

'Yes thank you Mr GBC, please post your Badge and Bill to us asap'

Yikes, i would have to work for Addison Lee :shock: :cry:
