That lady looks like she may have a thyroid issue, this makes you fat and there ain't jack you can do about it, it would've been easy to just label her a fat lazy cow, but the house isn't the hole you'd expect in this case, obviously there are grub hoarders out there but there are also medical reasons, and I wouldn't be surprised if the additives in food aren't playing their part, everyone is different regarding metabolic rates, something to consider before condemning others.

And no I'm not large like that myself, I just try to see all sides and sometimes what you'd expect isn't the reality of it.
