GM Police's Operation Crush nears its end. Yesterday Sun 19, Manchester's largest independent Taxi fleet, The Heaton Cab Co had its owner Mr Stanley arrested. He was held in custody overnight and was due to be interviewed today. This investigation into the miss direction of Camera offence penalty notices has been going on for a couple of years a dozen or more Hackney drivers have been imprisoned and subsequently had their licenses revoked. The drivers are all connected to the Heaton Cab co. |
