http://www.dailyrecord.co.uk/news/scott ... rs-1166039 "Scotland’s eight police forces admitted having 333 officers who are guilty of serious offences – and the true figure could be higher because not all data was revealed." Think carefully about this. What does the above tell us we should do when a serving police officer is giving evidence against us in court? I'll give you a clue. Presented with an officer dealing with us in a case, we are programmed to believe that he or she is one of Lothians and Borders finest? Yes? Now, my experience is somewhat at variance with this. I know for a fact that police officers lie. The Waverley Station incident was a case in point. I know that the officer presented information in the charge and his supporting report at variance with the truth. That officer was a liar. The result of his dishonesty is that I now no longer offer any assistance to any police investigation I am involved in. Because I just don't trust them. Name rank and serial number. They want to build a case against you, say nothing. And, when the officer is standing in the dock, make sure that he doesn't do so without you having access to his work complaints record and any convictions he has, for whatever it may be. How can a serving officer who has been convicted of fraud, possibly be trusted to give true evidence against you? How can a liar possibly tell the truth in a court of law? So, any case you're involved in, then you are entitled to know all you need to against any accuser, including the police officer. They're not prepared to divulge this information, and let's face it they won't, then you must refuse to allow the case to continue citing that your rights are being breached. The system will seek to coerce you, but you must stand firm. The headline proves that Scottish Police forces are riddled with substandard officers. We are entitled to know whether those accusing us are or not. That is our right. Remember,. these officers transgressed and were allow to continue serving the public. Ask yourself why this is not the case with cabbies. In fact, next time I'm accosted by a Lothians and Borders police officer I'm going to request his collar number and then ask what convictions he has. That should be a gas, eh
